Our tutors will work with your child to find what works best for them and we will do our best to pair students with the most suitable tutor. We set reasonable and achievable academic goals and mentor your children in how to maintain academic success in the future.

Personal Development

We believe it is important for your child to grow not only academically, but personally. Above and beyond basic tutoring, our tutors offer to improve time management, goal achievement, and disciplinary skills. Additionally, we strive to improve your child's self-confidence and assurance in their knowledge and skills.

Mentorship

Tutors help to bridge the gaps that sometimes exist between teachers and students, and students and parents. We don't believe in simply showing up to help your child with their homework, we believe in investing in them and their future. We assign extra homework and tasks that cater to the gaps in your child's knowledge and skills. At the end of their time with Pearson Academics, we want them to emerge confident, skilled children, proficient not only in their subjects but also in time management, organization, and goal achievement.

Relationships

Lastly, we believe in building a relationship with your family. We don't believe in sending tutors to your house once or twice a week who simply correct your child's homework. Our tutors are passionate about conveying knowledge and are dedicated to your child's success.

Pearson Academics provides dedicated, experienced, reliable tutors for private in-home, library, or online tutoring in all subjects from Kindergarten to Grade 12.
